Catholic Moral Vision: A Guide to Happiness
Many people regard Christian morality as simply a system of rules and rewards that crushes human freedom. This talk will show how the teaching of Christ and the Catholic moral tradition help us to discover our true freedom and lead us to authentic happiness. Christian morality involves a faithfulness to Christ's commandments as well as a desire to give one's life creatively in the service of others. It will lead us to an inner peace in this life, not without suffering, and with God's grace to the eternal life of heaven.
