Archdiocese of Glasgow Religious Education Department

The department is responsible for faith formation and learning opportunities across the Archdiocese of Glasgow. It supports the Religious Education of children and young people attending the 89 Catholic Primary and 21 Catholic Secondary schools spread across six Local Authorities within the Archdiocese. It also facilitates and provides opportunities for Adult Faith Development at parish, deanery and archdiocesan level, including training for Parish Catechists, and offers resources for the catechesis of children being prepared for sacraments, for use both in parish and at home.
